Our team of experts will walk you through the process from start to finish.

We begin with a consultation to discuss your lot features. design ideas, timeline and budget considerations.

Step 1.

THE APPOINTMENT: Schedule an in person, phone or Zoom call with one of our Team Members to discuss your project.

STEP 2.

PROPERTY EVALUATION: One of our Team members will review your property to assess slope and grade, home orientation and property features that may be incorporated into your design.

STEP 3.

THE DESIGN: Our Team members will work directly with you to custom design your home. Our Team will consider your build budget, property features and your vision to create your very own Custom Home.

STEP 4.

PRICING: Our Team Members will arrange consultations with several of our approved builders to successfully bid your turnkey project. The Client can select the builder of their choice based on pricing, timelines and best fit for your project.

STEP 5.

CONTRACT: Once you have signed off on your Design and accepted a successful bid from a builder, Our Team Members will help navigate and review your contracts to begin Construction.

STEP 6.

SCHEDULING & PROJECT OVERSIGHT: Once your contracts are signed our Team Members will work with your builder for scheduling your foundation and material delivery date. Our team members will continue to provide project updates and assistance throughout your building process.
